Jordan Wu has a background in fine art and during his early years in education was focused in this area of study. However, his interest in technology led to a symbiotic exploration of fine art and computing. These interests inspired him to pursue a degree in Digital Arts Computing at Goldsmiths University of London. Now in his second year, Jordan produces pieces which range from photorealistic drawings, both digital and physical, to installation pieces, such as ‘Recursive Flaws’.
His newest exhibition piece ‘Door to Door’ is a three-dimensional environment, one that will be experienced through a virtual reality system with the aim of fully immersing the audience in a dystopian yet familiar world, complimented with elements of surrealism.
